  • Still not sure if I’m the right dietitian for you? I understand it’s important to speak with someone you trust, so I offer an optional 15min call, where we discuss your goals and how I can help you.

  • During our nutrition consultation, we discuss a thorough assessment of your current nutrition and lifestyle, discussing relevant background details and goal expectations. Together, we collaborate on planning short- and long-term realistic nutrition interventions using tools, education and strategies supported by resources and meal guides.

  • Following our initial consultation, expect to receive a personalised meal plan and summary tailored to your goals and needs within the same week. Backed by evidence-based research and designed to allow flexibility to overcome any barriers, this comprehensive guide ensures that your journey towards healthier habits is not only effortless but also highly effective.

  • With frequent review consultations, I offer ongoing support, education and accountability to help you consistently move towards your goals. During these sessions, we'll evaluate your progress is meeting expectations, adjust meal plans (if needed), and provide additional evidence-based insights and resources.

    For best results, I recommend at least 2-6 sessions, fortnightly - monthly.
