From a Passion for Sport and Sharing Easy Meals to building a Career I genuinely love in Nutrition and on Social Media

My journey becoming an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Sports Dietitian and Social Media Content Creator with 90k+ followers, is fuelled by my profound appreciation for the impact of nutrition on health. My practise stems from understanding people are genuinely busy, whilst balancing effort in and reward out.

What began as a personal hobby to enhance my athletic performance (being naturally competitive but an unnatural runner) and sharing my easy healthy lunches on TikTok between lectures at uni, soon transformed into a professional calling — a commitment to helping others realise the powerful connection between what they eat and how they feel.

I get we all get busy, so I’m here to support your health as you push it down the priority list. There’s always a small step we can make to your “nothing works” or accepting “I’m just always tired” or “I just always hit a wall at the 20km mark”.
